Dr. Downing studied biology at Kansas State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in 2015. He loves living and working in Marshalltown and is grateful for the chance to serve his community. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving in church, playing piano, and riding his bikes.

Abril is currently attending the University of Iowa. Abril's favorite part of the job is getting to know patients and helping them feel at ease while in the office. Outside of the office, you can find Abril baking sweet treats or spending time with her nieces and nephews. Abril is also often seen recording TikTok's with Dr. Downing.

Beatriz graduated from Vatterott College. Over time, she has transitioned from being a Dental Assistant to an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to an Office Manager. She currently lives in Des Moines, continuing to do office work from home. She enjoys working for Dr. Downing, as he cares so much for his patients and staff.

Karina went to Marshalltown Community College. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She loves helping people to have better smiles. She grew up in Mexico and moved to Iowa when she was only 17.

Norma graduated from Marshalltown Community College. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She feels complete satisfaction when she can give her patients their life back. During her downtime, she enjoys doing crafts and shopping at Hobby Lobby.

Ericka attended Marshalltown Community College and became a Registered Dental Assistant and an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She takes pride in working at one of the few dental offices that takes state insurance. She is one of the few people that needs to commute to work every day.

Allie went to Kirkwood Community College where she obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree and became a Registered Dental Hygienist. She likes to read, listen to podcasts, and hang out with her husband and daughter.

Nalleli went to college at Indian Hills Community College. She is in the process of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. She loves giving people the confidence to smile again. Nalleli is proud to be a first generation Latina joining the 13% of Latino hygienists.

Caitlin studied Music Education at Joliet Junior College and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from the University of St. Francis in Illinois. She works from home so she can take care of her young daughters. Caitlin enjoys playing the flute, especially accompanied by Dr. Downing on the piano.
